Diction is a coaching tool that analyzes your AI conversations and gives you feedback on how to get better results. You upload conversations, and we return insights.
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us at support@diction.coach.
You own the conversations you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and analyze that content in order to provide and improve our services. We may also use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Diction is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that coaching feedback will be accurate or complete. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diction and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diction and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
You can stop using Diction at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@diction.coach. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of Diction after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
